Condominium

This map shows the share of all occupied dwelling units that are condominium, including condominium apartments as well as stratified townhouses, semi-detached homes and land strata. Compare this to the corresponding map using 2016 data. Of the larger metro areas, Metro Vancouver stands out with 32.5% of occupied dwelling units strata titled, up from 30.6% in 2016. Toronto at 23.9% overtook Calgary at 23.8%, both up from 20.9% and 21.8% in 2016, respectively. Edmonton at 20.5%, up slightly from 19.8% in 2016. In Montreal 18.7%% of the dwelling units are condominium, up from 16% in 2016.
