Condominium

This map shows the share of all occupied dwelling units that are condominium, including condominium apartments as well as stratified townhouses, semi-detached homes and land strata. Of the larger metro areas, Metro Vancouver stands out with 30.6% of occupied dwelling units strata titled. Calgary had 21.8% of its dwelling units strata titled, followed by Toronto at 20.9% and Edmonton at 19.8%. In Montreal 16% of the dwelling units are condominium.
