"Rent Poor" Households on PEI

This map shows the percentage of renter households spending more than 30% of income on running shelter costs in the 2021 Census of Population. A third of renter households in Charlottetown were classified as "rent poor" in the 2021 Census, and around half of renter households in Hunter River and the Town of North Rustico were also classified as such.
